I’m a UX Research Lead with a background in library and information science, and I help teams untangle problems and uncover opportunities to help create better experiences for users. I’ve worked with organizations such as the Wikimedia Foundation, egghead.io, Mastodon, and the University of Washington to improve user experiences using human-centered design practices. I’m passionate about equitable access to education and healthcare.
