I am a design and program manager overseeing contracts within the Centers for Medicaid and CHIP services, Veterans Affairs, and the Department of Treasury. My management work is rooted in the enablement and empowerment of individuals and teams and encourage self-reflection and curiosity to address challenges. In addition to my management skillset, I am also a user experience and service design leader with a specialization in the healthcare industry. My background is in industrial design where I learned the foundations of designing for humane interactions with the world around us. Outside of work, I enjoy foraging, running, golf, baking breads and pastries, and reading way too many books at once.
