I’m a content strategist with a knack for simplifying complex problems and identifying and advocating for solutions that benefit users. I’m particularly interested in how human-centered design, both visually and contextually, can lead to better experiences for employees and meaningfully impact their daily work. In search of more fulfilling ways to use my professional skills, I shifted from working with clients in financial services and cybersecurity to supporting health and human service-oriented federal agencies on user experience and content strategy initiatives.
