I am a UX Researcher with a background in public health and epidemiology. I am well-versed in qualitative and quantitative methods, particularly supporting health services research. I am passionate about the application of human-centered design and user research methods to improve public health programs, services, and outcomes. Prior to A1M, I worked as a freelance user researcher, as a public health consultant for the federal government, and as a surveillance tech for the local vector control program in my home, Puerto Rico. I am a strong believer that we are all creatives and can each express it in our own unique way. Aside from research, I am a musician and music producer, a bookworm, and an avid soccer fan.
