He earned his Masters degree in Human Centered Design from the University of Baltimore, and has utilized this degree to bring meaningful and actionable research insights to products in both CivTech and private sector startups. Jimmy is passionate about building relationships and making a lasting impact in the software development process. In his spare time, Jimmy loves caring for his houseplants, watching The Real Housewives, and spending time with his partner and 2 dogs.
