I guide and build A1M’s growing design practice. Prior to joining A1M, I was a user experience designer and manager at 18F. My hands-on work spans research, strategy, and user experience design, with a focus on usable security and public services. You may also know me as one of the authors of Observing the User Experience and Designing Connected Products. I love learning of all kinds — and I never stop discovering new things at A1M. In my spare time you’ll find me reading science fiction and making mochi muffins.
