I’m a design researcher and strategist with a background in graphic design. I am passionate about creating user-centered solutions that make complex systems more accessible and impactful. Over the past decade, I’ve had the privilege of working on transformative projects, including redesigning essential platforms like Medicare.gov and VA.gov to improve user experiences for millions. My civic tech journey began by working with AmeriCorps VISTA, where I honed my commitment to community-driven problem-solving, and continued on at NASA, where I tackled innovative challenges that pushed the boundaries of research and design. These experiences have shaped my ability to navigate complexity, distill insights into actionable strategies, and collaborate across disciplines.
